Wow, what a cool surprise I had today with these folks at LPS !!
I called them with some printer problems, and not being a computer wiz myself, a gentleman by the name of Mohamed was kind enough to take a few minutes to walk me through a reset on the my HP printer, then wham - bam thank you man! It worked again!!
And I was ready to spend buck for a service call or even up to $300 dollars and buy a new one!!
